We offer retained and contingency recruitment.
Contingency recruitment – Payment of fee is due if a candidate is successfully offered a role – 20% of the annual salary.
Retained – You retain your consultant to work on the project – 15% of the annual salary invoicing terms 50% up front and 50% on completion.
Full terms and conditions to be issued and signed before any candidates are sourced or introduced.
